Biden Demonstrates Deep Denial and Continued Decline during VIEW Interview

Joe Biden, along with his wife Jill Biden, did an interview this morning on The View, and it was a sad reminder of the cognitive decline the former president continues to experience.
Many of his answers were incoherent, delivered in a quiet, raspy voice, and demonstrated a lack of lucidity.
When confronted about his cognitive decline, Biden appeared to be in complete denial—ironically needing his wife to step in and answer the question for him.
Joe Biden (when asked about reports of cognitive decline while president):
“They are wrong. There’s nothing to sustain that.”
Jill Biden:
“He’d put in a full day, and then at night … he was still on the phone, reading his briefings, working with staff.”
One laughable claim he did manage to spit out was his belief that he could’ve still beaten Trump had he not dropped out.
Joe Biden:
“Yeah, he’s still got 7 million fewer votes than I got. A lot of people didn’t show up. Number one. Number two, they’re very close in those toss-up states. It wasn’t a slam dunk.”
“He’s had the worst 100 days any president’s ever had.”
Biden also made a bizarre claim of sexism regarding Harris’s loss:
“[Kamala Harris is] qualified to be president of the United States of America, but I wasn’t surprised because they went… the sexist route.”
It’s a bit of a mystery why Biden feels the need to continue making public statements, especially after the country thoroughly rejected his four year in office.
Mark Halperin recently reported via 2WAY that Biden may be trying to mount a political comeback because his family depends on his relevance for financial gain.
Mark Halperin:
“The trough is empty, the spigot is turned off. Biden Inc. needs a source of revenue.”
Joe’s earning power is not sufficient, and “Hunter does not have great earning capacity.”
Whatever the reason, it’s simply sad to witness Biden’s decline. Comparing clips and interviews from the early 2000s or his time as vice president under Obama to now is heartbreaking.
He should never have been president in the first place, based on the decline he was experiencing in 2020. But at least now, the nightmare is over.
